There aren't very many rules, and the ones there are aren't very hard to follow. But
please read them and make sure you comply with them anyway. ^_^ First, if you're going to submit
your website, please place a code on it first. It doesn't matter to me where you want to put it, as
long as I can find it. (And I'm pretty good at that.) If you don't want to put a code on your website,
you can still join, just don't submit your site. *shrugs* Whatever suits you. Another thing,
on the join form, please supply me with a real name or alias. What I mean by that is your real name
or an alias you go by, like "Akane", instead of something like "qtbaby2000". You also
have to submit a working email address.
