L'Arc is back! On the last day of Shibuya Seven Days, Hyde anounced the future for L'Arc~en~Ciel. This month, a picture book of high-quality pictures from S7D will go on sale. In December, a Live DVD of S7D will be released. Early 2004: new album, and a tour!
